Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT Coordinator to join our team in Delhi/NCR. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Troubleshoot and repair issues related to TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration.
Provide network management and help desk support to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate with various teams to resolve technical issues and improve efficiency.
Develop and implement effective solutions to enhance system performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Analyze and resolve complex technical problems using strong problem-solving skills.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an IT coordinator or similar role, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
Strong understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration.
Excellent communication and people skills are required to work effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues, with strong problem-solving skills.
Experience in network management and help desk support is appreciated.
A Bachelor's degree in B.Tech or BCA is preferred.
Industry: IT Hardware / Technical Support / Telecom Engineering.
Qualification: Other Bachelor Degree.
