Ensure consistency in style, fonts, images, and tone, and define branding through content tone and words. Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas. Edit and proofread text. Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles. Promote content on social media. Keep website content updated and in sync with brand tone. Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy. Manage and oversee social media content. Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and technologies. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams. Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization Skills Required: • Excellent creative writing skills. • Impeccable spelling and grammar. • Strong research, organizational, and learning skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Google Docs. • Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword placements • Knowledge of software development and the IT industry. • Ability to meet deadlines. • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social media best practices. • Understanding of web traffic metrics and analysis. • Experience with audience and buyer persona research. • Good understanding of social media KPIs. • Excellent multitasking skills. • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Team player with good time-management skills. • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
