Technical Content writer As a member of the Marketing team at Paytm Money, your primary responsibility will be to create engaging communications. This includes Visual Storytelling, Blog Writing, Product Communications, and various related tasks. This role is entirely hands-on and execution-oriented, providing you with the chance to collaborate closely with the leadership team. If you possess a keen interest in Indian financial services and fintech products, and are committed to enhancing consumer experiences, this position is ideal for you. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience and the ability to work independently. Expected Responsibilities: Develop persuasive and impactful communication strategies for new product initiatives and launches. Craft engaging narratives that effectively connect Paytm Money with its users across various visual media platforms. Generate captivating advertising copy for products and features aimed at enhancing user engagement and driving conversions. Design product communications for top-of-the-funnel marketing efforts, specifically tailored to attract and inform potential users. Facilitate communication efforts for existing users through feature marketing, product marketing, and newsletters. Collaborate closely within and across the Growth Team to support website content and blog development. Produce well-researched content on financial topics. Write articles that are credible, reliable, easily comprehensible, original, and distinct from existing online material. Thoroughly proofread and edit articles prior to publication. Submit completed work to editors for feedback and approval, incorporating any suggested revisions. Investigate industry-related trends and developments. Prepare well-organized articles utilizing Content Management Systems. Conduct basic keyword research and apply SEO best practices to enhance web traffic. Identify customer needs and content gaps, proposing new topics accordingly. Ensure consistency in style, fonts, images, and tone throughout all content. Update website content as necessary.
