Job Description: Technical Content Creator Required Skills and Experience: 6+ years of experience in technical documentation, preferably within a product-based company. Proven experience with Zendesk for creating layouts, templates, and other content elements. Hands-on experience in developing online help , release notes , user guides , and other technical content. Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to write clear, concise, and accurate documentation. Strong writing skills , with the ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner. Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge and domain expertise. Proficient in HTML5 and CSS , and able to collaborate effectively with UI designers for tweaks and changes in templates and layouts. Demonstrable ability to create clear, crisp, and user-friendly documentation . Willingness to share work samples. Collaborate with SEO teams to ensure content is easily discoverable by users. Work closely with developers , testers , and product managers to understand product requirements and changes, filtering out non-essential inputs. Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting requirements and priorities. Ability to engage with Irish/UK audiences and respond promptly to queries or feedback. Technical acumen to troubleshoot and offer solutions for documentation challenges. Ability to work independently , manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines. Adaptable to changing requirements and able to take on new tasks quickly.
