β Engaged in testing and release deployment procedures. β Monitoring application health and conducting debugging of error logs. β .Facilitate strong communication between the Internal team and the Bank IB team. β Provides Disaster Recovery (DR) Drill Support to the Bank Team. β Managing customer complaints received through Mails. β Provide on-call support β Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system. β Diagnose and troubleshoot software, and network issues. β Provide step-by-step guidance to users for resolving problems. β Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or relevant departments. β Document support interactions, solutions, and system changes accurately. β Install, configure, and update software components. β Assist with account setup, password resets, and access permissions. β Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance tasks. β Educate users on best practices and provide basic training when needed.
