Assists and supports technical compliance reporting and support actioning of outputs of audits across the function. Assists the technical and assurance teams outputs to meet the requirements of the function. Assists with planning activities for the function and for interfacing with project leadership teams to meet Mace business and client requirements. Supports in coordinating audits and compiling technical reports. Supports in enhancing and improving technical compliance such that it is the best in the industry. You’ll Be Responsible For Assists with project technical audits outputs. Assists with project risk registers and key technical risks, including fire reviews trackers. Provides support in the management of Mace way/engage swim lanes for technical compliance reports. Assists in the management of the building regulation trackers. Supports management of technical reports from auditing projects and close out reports. Supports management of technical champions and audit technical training logs. Develops working relationships with (range of) internal stakeholders. Works with team members providing operational delivery of team/regional strategy etc. Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
