Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Verify data accuracy and consistency across multiple sources by reviewing customer-provided data for completeness and identifying discrepancies that require correction or clarification. Perform logical data recovery on storage devices impacted by issues such as file system corruption, accidental deletion, or partition damage using software-based recovery techniques. Manage data encryption and decryption processes using standard tools and methods to ensure data confidentiality and compliance with security protocols. Communicate directly with customers to understand their data issues, provide updates on case progress, explain technical processes in simple terms, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service cycle. Maintain accurate records of all verification and recovery activities in line with company service standards. Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Technical field (BCA preferred) Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
