Job Title: Technical Associate-Electrical Reports To: Maintenance Executive Function: Technical Location : ITC, Malur Unit Principal Accountabilities: Managing the plant maintenance function and handling Preventive maintenance of electrical systems. Responsibilities: Overall responsibility for maintenance of Utilities and Process lines. 1. To ensure plant up time as per agreed norms. 2. To achieve Maintenance KPI of Safety, Quality, Line Efficiency, OEE, and Cost. 3. To meet all legal and statutory requirement for Utilities, Updation of Preventive maintenance logs. 4. knowledge on Electrical Power systems & instrumentation system. 5. Implementation of Quality systems e.g. ISO 9001, HACCP, 5S, SGA etc. 6. Capex execution and undertake development projects. 7. Prepare annual budget and maintain R&M cost within budget. 8. Plan and execute Preventive and Predictive maintenance. 9. Knowledge on energy saving techniques. Knowledge: 1. Knowledge of SAP and similar systems 2. Knowledge of PLCs and Drives 3. Knowledge on electrical switchgear 4. Knowledge on Transformers and DGs Qualification: Diploma in Electrical mandatory & should have valid supervisory/ wireman License of Karnataka Skills: Sound Technical Knowledge Trouble shooting skills Analytical and Planning skills Experience: Experience min 5 yrs.
