Comval is looking for Technical Associate to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Troubleshooting: Helping users or customers troubleshoot technical issues they encounter with software, hardware, or systems Technical Support: Providing support via email, phone, or in person to help users resolve technical problems or answer questions about products or services Documentation: Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including manuals, guides, and FAQs, to assist users in understanding and using products or services Software Installation and Configuration: Assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications and systems System Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as updates, patches, and backups, to ensure the smooth operation of systems and applications Training: Conducting training sessions or workshops to educate users or employees on how to use new software or technology effectively Research and Evaluation: Researching new technologies, tools, or solutions that could improve efficiency or solve existing problems within the organization Project Assistance: Providing support to technical teams or project managers by assisting with tasks related to project planning, execution, and monitoring Data Management: Assisting with data entry, data cleaning, and data analysis tasks as needed to support technical projects or initiatives
