Job Description

Proven ability to design scalable and resilient system
Proficiency in PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes
Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven systems.
Expirience in Python for backend development
Experience of code review of Development Teams
Experience in developing microservices-based systems and applying relevant design patterns
Experience with AWS for cloud-native application development and deployment.
Proficiency in developing and consuming REST APIs for web and mobile applications for user authentication and authorization.
Familiarity with Pytest unit testing framework.

Good-to-Have

Very proficient with Python, Flask, SQLAlchemy, Marshmallow, Blueprint

Experience with Locust for performance testing,

Experience with observability & monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.

Knowledge of Power System (Distribution Network, DERS, IEC61970/IEC61968)

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

Technical leader responsible for architectural vision and strategy.
Drive the design/architecture of Modules
Guide team members and perform code reviews
Jump in from time-to-time to implement features
Focus on enterprise-level products with real-time capabilities.
Lead development of products with real-time use cases.
Design and break down large features into actionable tasks.
Collaborate with Product Managers for strategic planning and estimates.
Mentor and coach team members for skill enhancement.
Senior level with leadership capabilities with Full Stack Skills and Experience.
