Job Title: Python Architect

Experience: 1015 Years

Location: [Chennai] - Work from office

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Python Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python frameworks, microservices, and cloud architecture, with strong leadership in solution design and technical strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Design and architect end-to-end solutions using Python and modern frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI).

Define technical standards, design patterns, and best practices for development teams.

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of microservices-based solutions.

Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and developers to align technology with business goals.

Drive cloud adoption (AWS / Azure / GCP) and containerization using Docker & Kubernetes.

Conduct code reviews, mentor development teams, and ensure adherence to clean coding practices.

Oversee performance optimization, scalability, and security of applications.

Integrate with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and third-party systems through APIs.

Participate in solution roadmaps, proof of concepts (POCs), and technology evaluations.

Required Skills

Core: Python, Django, Flask, FastAPI, REST APIs, OOP, Design Patterns

Architecture: Microservices, Event-driven Design, Scalable System Design, Distributed Systems

Cloud & DevOps: AWS / Azure / GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform / Jenkins

Database: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis

Tools & Frameworks: Git, GitHub, PyTest, Celery, Kafka / RabbitMQ

Strong understanding of performance tuning, caching, and asynchronous programming

Excellent communication, leadership, and solutioning skills

Good to Have

Experience in AI/ML integration, API gateway management, or serverless computing

Exposure to frontend frameworks (React / Angular) for full-stack understanding

Knowledge of security standards (OAuth2, JWT, SSO, etc.)

Qualification

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Salary: Not a constraint for best talents

Very good communication skills (written and oral) is must.
