Job Description

Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Okta solutions, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Lifecycle Management, and API Access Management. Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and create comprehensive IAM strategies that align with business goals and security standards. 6+ yrs Architect Okta integrations with on-premises systems, cloud applications, and other identity providers. Provide technical leadership and guidance on Okta best practices and standards for IAM architecture. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Okta integrations and configurations. Assist with the development and implementation of security policies and controls related to access management. Conduct security assessments, audits, and reviews of Okta environments to ensure compliance and security. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all Okta-related systems and processes. Stay current with Okta product updates and IAM industry trends to ensure continuous improvement in security and functionality. Provide training and mentorship to junior IAM engineers and administrators. Assist with the evaluation and implementation of new IAM technologies and tools as needed. Create and maintain technical documentation for the team to reference and share with our internal customers
