Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions, integrating with various systems. Lead technical discussions with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Develop architecture and integration strategies for Salesforce platforms. Oversee solution development, testing, deployment, and support. Provide technical mentorship to development teams. Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards. Stay updated with Salesforce releases and emerging technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end project execution. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect) preferred. Proven experience in Salesforce architecture, design, and development. Strong knowledge of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.). Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs. Experience with integration tools (MuleSoft, Informatica) and data migration strategies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Agile methodology experience. Familiarity with DevOps processes and tools.
