Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Technical Account Manager. The Technical Account Manager will oversee the technical and business aspects of client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, building and maintaining client relationships, coordinating service and delivery schedules, and collaborating with internal teams for project execution. Additional responsibilities involve facilitating technical training, offering support during sales cycles, and aggregating client feedback to refine services and solutions.


Qualifications

  • Experience with Account Management, client relationship building, and client retention strategies.
  • Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting equipment-related issues in drilling and completion tools.
  • Skills in Sales and project-based collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
  • Competence in Project Management, including planning, execution, and continuous monitoring of projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with both technical teams and clients.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard safety and quality regulations in the oil and gas sector is advantageous.
  • Engineering degree in Instrumentation / Electronics or a related technical field preferred. with 5-7 years of professional experience.
  • Ability to adapt and manage priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of Sales account management required.
