Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate (BDA) located in Hyderabad. The BDA will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, maintaining and building client relationships, conducting market research, preparing proposals and presentations, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth. This role requires regular interactions with potential clients to understand their needs and provide relevant solutions. Qualifications Experience in business development, client relationship management, and market research Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to prepare detailed proposals and presentations Skills in collaboration and teamwork with sales and marketing teams Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Previous experience in IT consultancy or software development industry is a plus Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Adaptability and willingness to learn
