Techncial Project Manager

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade web and mobile-friendly applications using

  C#.NET,

  Java Spring Boot

  ,

  React/Angular

  , and

  RESTful API

  architectures.
• Manage projects deployed in

  cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP)

  and

  on-prem environments

  .
• Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics aligned with business goals.
• Drive the full

  SDLC

  from requirements, design, and development to UAT, deployment, and hypercare.
• Oversee integration with backend databases (

  Azure SQL

  /

  Oracle / PostgreSQL

  ) and third-party systems.

Agile Project Management

• Run

  daily Scrum meetings

  , sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions.
• Ensure deliverables align with sprint goals, timelines, and quality standards.
• Maintain Jira/DevOps dashboards, velocity charts, and ensure transparency in project progress.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, and QA teams to manage dependencies and risks.

Stakeholder & Team Management

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather and validate

  functional and non-functional requirements

• Translate business needs into clear technical deliverables and work plans.
• Manage a

  cross-functional team

  of developers, testers, and UI/UX designers.
• Mentor team members, promote technical excellence, and ensure adherence to coding and design best practices.
• Escalate risks, manage change requests, and drive proactive issue resolution.

Governance & Quality

• Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards and best practices for

  secure, scalable, and maintainable code

• Track project KPIs – schedule variance, cost variance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare weekly and monthly status reports for executive reviews.

16+ years

• Strong technical foundation in

  C#.NET,

  Java / Spring Boot

  REST APIs

  database management (SQL Server/Oracle / PostgreSQL)

• Proven experience delivering

  web and mobile-responsive applications

  .
• Exposure to

  cloud-native deployments

  on-prem hosting

• Hands-on experience in

  Agile methodologies

  Scrum ceremonies
