We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing team at Techlanlce Solutions India Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in US IT staffing , with hands-on experience in marketing bench consultants to vendors and direct clients. Role & responsibilities Marketing Bench Consultants (H1B, GC, USC, TN, OPT, CPT) to various tier-1 vendors and direct clients . Experience in handling entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing, screening, submission to interview scheduling and onboarding. Understand the skill sets of consultants and market them proactively to potential clients and vendors. Maintain strong relationships with consultants to ensure a consistent pipeline of candidates. Work closely with Account Managers and Business Development Teams to maximize opportunities. Develop and maintain a strong vendor network and build relationships with new vendors. Handle job postings, resume submissions, rate negotiations, interview follow-ups , and closing. Familiar with US Tax Terms (W2, 1099, C2C) and visa classifications . Should be able to generate leads and find new requirements on job boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc. Track daily activities and maintain submission logs and consultant pipelines. Key Skills Required: Proven experience in bench sales recruiting . Good knowledge of IT technologies and skills . Strong communication and negotiation skills . Experience working in US staffing . Excellent follow-up skills and a go-getter attitude . Work Hours: US Shift Night Shift (CST time zone) [Example: 6:30PM to 3:30 AM IST]
