The ideal candidate for this position must hold a BE/ B.Tech-Civil or M.Tech - Civil degree, along with relevant experience in Geotechnical Projects and proficiency in relevant software tools. In addition, the candidate should possess excellent analytical and communication skills. The primary responsibilities of this role include preparing and providing design, technical support, participating in research and development activities, as well as internal and external training. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of designing reinforced soil walls, gravity retaining walls, basal reinforcement, and other related structures. They should also be capable of promoting the use of geosynthetics products to clients and consultants as an alternative to conventional methods. Moreover, the candidate should have knowledge about geosynthetics products and their applications, and be able to engage with clients and consultants for design clarifications. Furthermore, the candidate should be able to provide technical and design support to the sales team, collaborate with in-house and external testing laboratories, and be familiar with various design software and codes such as IS, MORTH, AASHTO, ASTM, etc. Participation in exhibitions and seminars, as well as preparing case studies of completed work, are also part of the job responsibilities.,
