Role Overview: You are required to work as a Customer Service Executive / Technical Support Executive for Inbound Voice Process at Adeeba E-Services Pvt. Ltd. Your main responsibilities will include taking inbound calls related to printer, router, and antivirus issues from customers, diagnosing the problems, recommending the best solutions, and selling technical support plans with relevant software. Key Responsibilities: - Take inbound calls from customers facing printer, router, and antivirus issues - Diagnose the problems effectively and suggest the most suitable plan to the customer - Sell technical support plans along with relevant software to customers Qualifications Required: - Experience in Outbound Tech Support for at least 6 months to 1 year - Ability to independently close calls - Strong convincing and sales skills Company Details: Adeeba E-Services Pvt.
