Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Technical Support Executive with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will play a key role in understanding client requirements and ensuring timely support by coordinating with the application team at our Head Office. Key Responsibilities: Understand customer needs and effectively demonstrate the companys products and services. Coordinate with the internal application team to ensure smooth and timely resolution of client requirements. Provide training and support to clients post-installation. For male candidates: Willingness to travel to client locations for software installation and on-site training, typically for a few days per client. Desired Candidate Profile: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies. A positive attitude with a customer-first approach. Willing to travel for client visits (for male candidates).
