Ctc-4.5 LPA

Experience- 06 to 12 months (tech sales, upselling, cross selling)

Shift-24*7/Rotational (Both side Cabs)

Working Days-5days with 2 week offs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and Qualifying Leads:Locating potential customers who could benefit from the company's products or services.
  • Building Relationships:Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Product Demonstrations and Presentations:Clearly explaining the technical aspects of products and how they address customer needs.
  • Closing Deals:Negotiating contracts, managing the sales process, and securing sales agreements.
  • Providing Technical Support:Offering ongoing support to clients, answering questions, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Staying Updated:Keeping abreast of new technologies and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
  • Meeting Sales Targets:Working to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Report and Documentation:Preparing sales reports, proposals, and maintaining accurate customer records.
  • Collaboration:Working with other teams, such as marketing and engineering, to ensure customer needs are met.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Aptitude: A solid understanding of the technical aspects of the products being sold.
  • Sales Skills: Proficiency in sales techniques, including prospecting, closing, and relationship building.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex information clearly.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues.
  • Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing technologies and customer needs.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
