What would you do? The Senior Procurement Product Lead will have overall responsibility for the technology to deliver services to our Operations clients. This includes the technology innovation agenda and technology roadmap within the offering. The CTO will ensure that there is a functioning feedback loop between sales, delivery, and technology service providers- both Accenture and market based.This role will be responsible for developing and driving the technology enablement strategy for the BPS business. The Senior Procurement Product Lead will work closely with the Global Business Leader and Offering Lead to align on strategies for the enablement of the business and its offerings and to create new and innovative offerings enabled by technology. This role will collaborate with other key roles across the business including Regional and functional heads of delivery, sales, accountDeliver Value to Accounts
Communicate regularly with global account delivery teamsGain feedback on current tool effectiveness, challenges, future needs, opportunities and working with account management to address gaps Assess grass roots solutions for standards adherence and suitability to scaleDrive adoption of new technology assets and help further the Journey to Intelligent OperationsDeliver Value in SalesSupport select sales opportunities by providing the technology and innovation story and offering roadmapGather feedback from both successful and unsuccessful opportunity pursuit to influence cost models, investment priorities, and roadmapTech Standards AdoptionChampion standards initiatives and drive them throughout the organizationEnsure that critical hosting, security and data protection controls are being followed within service delivery and investment projectsUnderstand current Accenture and Operations technology viewpoint on preferred architecturesEnsure that new products are selected with these standards in mind and that they are assessed during selection and onboardingInfluence architecture and technology delivery teams in pushing changes to standards as innovations cover new groundFinancialReview and approve cost models for productsEnsure cost recoveries include include current (factory) costs but also ongoing enhancements, upgrades, security remediation, product assets, etc.Regularly review cost effectiveness of tools by evaluating recoveries, costs, etc.
What are we looking for? A minimum of 10 years of experience in a consulting and/or XOfferingX functionMinimum of 2 years supporting the XOfferingX Business Process Services business Minimum of 2 years of experience developing and scaling new technology concepts across Accenture Innovation NetworkExperience designing end user requirements, developing product roadmaps, and managing packaged software implementationsExperience creating, managing, and tracking investment business casesFinancial managementExperience building and managing a cross functional team Solid multi-phase, multi-release program and project management skillsAbility to identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility and create solutions in situations that require in-depth analysis and knowledge of organizational objectives.
