Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to lead our efforts in driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will combine strong strategic thinking with excellent communication and relationship-building skills to identify new business opportunities and close high-value deals. Core Responsibilities 1. Strategy and Planning Develop and execute effective business growth strategies aligned with company goals. Set sales targets and build actionable plans to achieve them. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new revenue streams. 2. Lead Generation Research potential clients, industries, and markets to generate qualified leads. Manage a robust sales pipeline through various outreach channels (networking, digital marketing, referrals, etc.). Maintain accurate client and prospect data using CRM tools. 3. Client Relations Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients and partners. Serve as a trusted point of contact, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. 4. Sales and Negotiation Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations. Lead contract negotiations and successfully close business deals. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. 5. Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and senior leadership, to ensure alignment and support company objectives. 6. Reporting and Analysis Track and analyze business performance metrics and client feedback. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on pipeline status, revenue forecasts, and growth opportunities. 7. Industry Knowledge Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to position the company effectively in the market. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
