We are looking for a Tech Lead to spearhead our web development team, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and innovative solutions for our clients. Role Overview: As a Tech Lead , you will be responsible for leading the development team, setting the technical direction, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality web projects. You will collaborate with designers, project managers, and stakeholders to build robust, scalable, and optimized websites and applications. Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership : Define the technical architecture, best practices, and coding standards for the development team. Project Management : Oversee the end-to-end development of websites and web applications, ensuring deadlines and quality benchmarks are met. Team Collaboration : Mentor and guide developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning. Technology Stack Management : Make key decisions on frameworks, tools, and platforms, ensuring the tech stack aligns with project requirements. Performance Optimization : Ensure fast-loading, SEO-friendly, and high-performance websites. Security Compliance : Implement security best practices to safeguard websites from vulnerabilities. Client Stakeholder Communication : Translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate updates effectively. Innovation RD : Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance our offerings. Required Skills Experience: 5+ years of experience in website development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role . Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and PHP . Expertise in modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular). Hands-on experience with backend development using Laravel, Node.js, or Django. Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, and other CMS platforms . Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations . Experience with database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB) . Proficiency in version control (Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket) . Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
