Job Title Tech Lead, Systems Engineering Responsibilities: . Deployment/Upgrade/Migration: Doing deployment/upgrade/Migration of critical application and provide technical support for flagship application, diagnosing and resolving issues promptly. . Incident Management: Manage and resolve incidents using related to the Architect application, ensuring timely resolution and communication with stakeholders . System Monitoring: Monitor application performance and system health to ensure optimal functionality. Working on Monitoring the application, Changes and Incidents. . Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, collaborating with development teams as needed. . Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks, including software updates and patches. . Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures and system configurations. . Collaboration: Work closely with other IT professionals to improve application performance and implement system enhancements. Qualifications: . Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology . Experience: 6 plus years of experience in application support or a similar role. . Technical Skills: o Proficiency working on Azure Harness and CI/CD Pipeline Tools. o Strong application deployment for critical application o Proficiency in operating systems such Windows Server and Linux Server o Splunk knowledge, Dynatrace, Change management and Incident management o Strong knowledge of databases, networking, and programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, SQL). o Strong Expertise on PowerShell Scripting o Experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems. o Familiarity with DevOps practices, tools and power shell scripting. . Certifications: ITIL Foundation certification . Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to Work under pressure with tight timelines is a plus .
