Expected Experience, Skillsets, and Abilities : Experience : A minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience in SAP. Extensive experience with SAP Modules: SAP WM, SAP LE-TRA, SAP EWM, SAP TM, and SAP MM. Good knowledge in batch management, handling units, drop shipment. Experience with integration with third-party applications such as IDocs and EDI. Your Role in Our Team : 2nd and 3rd Level Support : Act as the primary contact for customers regarding service requests and incidents, providing expert-level troubleshooting and support. Incident Management : Classify service requests and incidents, ensuring they are handled in a timely manner with appropriate solutions. Workaround and Solution Development : Identify and implement workarounds for current issues, and develop solutions to resolve recurring errors. Root Cause Analysis : Perform root cause analyses for identified issues to prevent future incidents and improve the system's efficiency. Bug Fixes and Extensions : Implement, test, and deploy bug fixes and extensions, ensuring the smooth operation of SAP systems. Documentation : Document all solutions and create comprehensive training materials and instructions for end-users and support teams. IT Project Involvement : Contribute to larger IT projects as an expert and subproject leader, applying your SAP expertise to ensure the success of the project. Your Profile : Education : Completed vocational training or a technical university degree in computer science, logistics, or a related field. Logistics Knowledge : Strong understanding of logistical processes and workflows within SAP systems. SAP Module Expertise : Solid process knowledge in SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) or SAP TM (Transportation Management). Hands-on experience in customizing SAP EWM and SAP TM. Technical Skills : Ability to read and evaluate ABAP source code. Ideally, experience in ABAP development, specifically for bug fixes and changes. Familiarity with the SAP ABAP debugger and troubleshooting techniques. Problem-Solving : A keen problem-solver with an interest in resolving technical issues and finding efficient solutions. Team Collaboration : Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and with customers, maintaining strong communication and problem-solving skills. Language Proficiency : Fluent in English, both written and spoken, for effective communication within international teams.
