Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tech Lead for SAP BASIS Support to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting SAP S/4 applications and resolving critical issues related to memory management, performance tuning, and more. You'll be responsible for managing P1 and P2 incidents, administering databases (HANA and Sybase), and overseeing HA/DR setups, migrations, and conversions. Key Responsibilities : Provide expertise in supporting SAP S/4, Solman, BTP, Azure, and SAP Web applications. Resolve critical performance issues related to memory management, performance tuning, and application performance. Handle high-priority incidents (P1, P2) and provide timely resolution. Manage and administer databases like HANA and Sybase. Setup and manage HA/DR solutions. Lead SAP migrations, upgrades, and conversions (NetWeaver & Non-NetWeaver). Track and report on SLA/KPI performance metrics. Work in a 24/7 global support environment and manage multiple activities with cross-team coordination. Handle de-escalation of IT incidents and requests. Experience with ECS (Enterprise Cloud Services) is an added advantage. Desired Skills & Qualifications : 6+ years of experience in SAP BASIS support. Strong knowledge of SAP S/4, Solman, BTP, Azure, and Web applications. Expertise in Database Administration (HANA, Sybase). Experience in HA/DR setup and managing migrations/upgrades. Knowledge in SLA/KPI tracking and incident management. Ability to work in a global team with 24/7 support.
