Job Description

Role : Tech Lead Location : Bengaluru Experience : 8-10 years relevant experience Education : B.Tech/B.E. in Computers / PG - M.Tech in Computers Preferred Candidate Profile: Experienced IT professional with over 8+ years of experience in end-to-end Javascript languages and frameworks, Mongo DB, AWS, etc. (mandatory). Excellent understating of latest technologies and upcoming technology trends (mandatory) Must be hands - on with writing code and highly capable to help team with any technical problem (mandatory) Must have experience with web platform and mobile app development (mandatory) Must have experience with IT budget creation, tool evaluation and optimizing IT cost Must have experience with team management, project management, technical evaluation of team members, performance assessment of team members Experience in setting up technology ecosystem development for mobile and web applications through API integration Work Profile: Planning technical strategy, product roadmaps, resources requirement and technology cost / budget Own technical & architectural decision making, be responsible with defining strong engineering processes to establish process and plan product releases ensuring timely delivery Monitor teams KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance. Manage IT vendors and outsourcing partners for product development, hosting, etc. Partner with functional and product management teams to deliver business needs and provide input to the strategic direction of product development, directly influencing the business direction of new and existing products Closely & constantly engage with the MD and the leadership team to understand the vision & ensure the strategic evolution of back - end architecture, codebase and product design to realize the same.
