Location: TechM-HYDERABAD Years of Experience: 7-10 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, testing, deploying, and maintaining innovative software solutions that enhance service performance, durability, cost, and security.

Responsibilities:
Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain software solutions to improve service performance and security. Utilize software engineering best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables. Write high-quality distributed system software. Work in an agile, startup-like environment, focusing on high-priority tasks. Lead and shape a talented team to effectively execute product goals.

Mandatory Skills:
Proficient in Java 11. Strong coding skills in Java, Spring Boot, and experience with RESTful services. Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and distributed system design. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Azure Cloud services. Experience in distributed system performance analysis and optimization. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage proactively with colleagues. Ability to articulate technical challenges and solutions effectively. Comfortable dealing with ambiguous or undefined problems and thinking abstractly.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience (3 years of work experience for every 1 year of education). 7-10 years of professional experience in software development, with significant contributions to one or more projects. Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Angular or React, and cloud technologies (AWS or Azure). Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
