Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Tech Lead with 7 to 11 years of experience to join our team in the Filenet domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology and consulting, with excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the development and implementation of Filenet solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery and meeting project timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions that meet client needs.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve existing systems and processes.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.

Job Requirements
