Tech Lead – Full Stack Engineer

What You’ll Be Doing

• Technical Leadership & Full Stack Development

• Lead architecture, design, and development of scalable web applications.

• Develop modern, responsive UI/UX with

• Integrate frontend with backend services, third-party APIs, and

• DevOps & SDLC Management

• Ensure robust SDLC processes — requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

• Team Leadership & Best Practices

• Mentor and guide engineers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards.

• Experience & Leadership

• 5+ years in full stack development with a proven track record of leading projects.

• Ability to

  manage products independently

  with minimal oversight.

• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Core Technical Skills

• Advanced

  Python/Django

  and REST API development.
• 
  
• Deep experience with

  React.js

  , JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.

• Strong knowledge of

  PostgreSQL/MySQL
