Tech Lead Architect

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead Architect to design, guide, and oversee the technical architecture of our software solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining system structure, leading the development team, ensuring scalability, and aligning technology decisions with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architecture Design & Planning

• Design end-to-end system architecture, including application, database, and integration layers.
• Define technology stack, coding standards, and best practices.
• Ensure scalability, performance, security, and reliability of the platform.
• Conduct feasibility studies and propose architectural improvements.

2. Technical Leadership

• Lead and mentor the development team across backend, frontend, mobile, and DevOps.
• Guide engineers on complex technical issues and ensure code quality.
• Review system designs and code contributions to maintain industry standards.
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

3. Development Oversight

• Oversee the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams for seamless delivery.
• Ensure timely delivery of technical modules and project milestones.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployment cycles.

4. Integration & Infrastructure Management

• Design APIs, microservices, and integration workflows.
• Supervise cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps operations.
• Manage scalability planning and capacity management.
• Ensure proper logging, monitoring, and disaster recovery planning.

5. Stakeholder & Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with business teams to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Participate in client meetings to give technical clarity and architectural recommendations.
• Communicate technical roadmaps to leadership and project teams.
• Coordinate with vendors, third-party services, and external development partners.

6. Quality, Security & Compliance

• Implement secure coding practices and compliance standards.
• Identify system bottlenecks and propose optimization strategies.
• Conduct regular architecture reviews and technical audits.
• Ensure adherence to data privacy, security frameworks, and regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Prior experience in software development, with architecture/tech lead role.
• Strong expertise in:
• System architecture design
• Microservices architecture
• Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Backend frameworks (Node.js/Express.js/ Java/. MongoDB//Python)
• Frontend frameworks (React/Angular/Vue)
• Databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Strong understanding of DevOps, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead a technical team.
