Tech Lead (AI + Full Stack)

As a backend engineer at AdCeptive Media, you will be responsible for building the next-gen ad-creative automation and campaign intelligence platform where AI meets performance marketing at scale. You will be working on generating hundreds of creatives, bulk-launching across Meta/Google, pulling performance data from RedTrack/affiliate networks, and auto-iterating based on what's working. Key Responsibilities: - Designing end-to-end backend architecture using Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, Postgres, and Redis. - Implementing AI-powered workflows utilizing LLMs, Lang Chain, RAG, and vector DBs such as pg vector and Pinecone. - Developing creative pipelines with tools like TTS, FFmpeg, and Remotion, along with media orchestration. - Creating bulk campaign workflows using Meta/Google APIs, including cost caps, retries, etc. - Managing KPI ingestion and reporting across Red Track and affiliate networks. - Ensuring robust security with OAuth2 RBAC, audit logs, and guardrails. - Establishing clean data models for ranking hooks/ads based on ROAS, CVR, etc. What You'll Own: - Developing tech strategy and system design from scratch. - Implementing durable workflows (Temporal/Bull MQ) for long-running jobs. - Establishing seamless integrations with APIs, analytics, TTS/image/video vendors. - Overseeing CI/CD, observability tools like Sentry and metrics, and infrastructure on AWS/S3/Cloud Front. - Setting code standards, mentoring 3-4 engineers, and driving high-quality shipping. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in backend development using Node.js and TypeScript, with proficiency in Postgres/SQL and Redis. - Proficiency in workflow tools such as Temporal, Bull MQ, n8n, and Airflow. - Hands-on experience with APIs like Meta/Google Ads, OAuth, retries, and idempotency. - Exposure to AI/ML concepts including Lang Chain, embeddings, and vector DBs like Weaviate and pg vector. - Bonus skills in Red Track, FFmpeg, Docker, GitHub Actions, and Remotion would be advantageous.
