SummaryAs a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert – SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Global Benefits, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovative and efficient workforce management solutions. You will collaborate with clients to understand benefits offered to their employees, mandatory/optional benefits, eligibiity criteria, design and implement optimized solutions, and ensure smooth delivery aligned with best practices. Your role will involve shaping strategies, enhancing Accenture's reputation through high-quality delivery, and promoting continuous improvement and innovation in the benefits domain for organizations.________________________________________Roles & Responsibilities
Work independently as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SF EC Global Benefits solution design and implementation. Participate actively in client and internal discussions to gather and refine requirements. Provide expert guidance on configuration, design, and implementation of benefit plans (Allowance, Reimbursement, Insurance, Pension, etc..). Collaborate with cross-functional teams (EC, Payroll, Integration, and Reporting) to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery. Conduct workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capability and client understanding. Proactively identify improvement opportunities and recommend innovative solutions. Support testing, defect resolution, and post go-live stabilization activities.________________________________________Professional & Technical Skills Must Have
Skills:Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central – Global Benefits Strong understanding in developing benefit Config UIs, Legacy and Latest benefits enrollment experience configuration, setup of Benefit plans, insurance plans, coverage options, enrollee options, dependents management, define coverage and dependent eligibility rules, define Rate charts, Rate rules, confirmation statement template configuration, Auto enrollment configuration, Intelligent Services Center (ISC), Benefit Work/Life Event Configuration, Tracker objects, pay components, Benefits Integration with EC Payroll, Mass Data migration of employee enrollments, enrolled dependents and selected nominees. Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment of Benefits solution. Knowledge of integration with Vendor systems and other SAP modules is an added advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret and translate business needs into solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to foster effective collaboration.________________________________________
Additional Information The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Global Benefits. This position is based at our Gurugram office. A 15 years full-time education is required.
