Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role at a Customer location for a Tech Administrator - Sales located in Noida. The Tech Administrator - Sales will be responsible for providing technical support to the sales team, managing customer service tasks, ensuring smooth Information Technology (IT) operations, and facilitating communication between technical and sales departments. The role involves handling technical issues, assisting with sales inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.
