Teamcenter PLM Support & Development Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Core Teamcenter Support & Expertise

• Support and manage Teamcenter functionalities including:
  
• Parts & Components Management
  
• CAD Data Management and Integration
  
• BOM Management
  
• Change Management
  
• Supplier Collaboration
  
• Enterprise Data Integration

Configuration & Customization

• Configure and customize Teamcenter modules to meet evolving business needs
  
• Ensure adherence to PLM industry best practices and internal standards
  

Troubleshooting & End-User Support

• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve Teamcenter-related issues
  
• Provide Tier 2 / Tier 3 application support to end-users and business teams
  
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability with minimal downtime
  

Development & Code Implementation

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Teamcenter customizations using:
  
• Java, C++, ITK (Integration Toolkit), SOA frameworks
  
• Support new functionality development and continuous system enhancements

System Integration

• Work closely with IT, engineering, and business teams to integrate Teamcenter with:
  
• ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
  
• CAD tools and other enterprise applications
  
• Enable automated and seamless data exchange across platforms
  

Solution Development

• Design and deliver custom solutions including:
  
• Workflows
  
• UI customizations
  
• Reports and extensions
  
• Participate in ongoing platform optimization and innovation initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile / Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  
• Minimum

  4+ years of hands-on experience

  with Teamcenter PLM support and development
• Strong experience in:
  
• Java, C++, ITK, and SOA frameworks
  
• Good understanding of PLM concepts, processes, and best practices
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Experience handling technical escalations and production support issues
  

Nice to Have / Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in a global engineering or manufacturing environment
  
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
  
• Exposure to ERP systems such as

  SAP, Oracle
