We are looking for a skilled Injection Mold & Die Maker to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for assembling, maintaining, and repairing injection molds, dies, and tooling components to ensure smooth production operations. This role requires strong technical knowledge, precision, and experience in mould manufacturing. Role & responsibilities Manufacture, assemble, and fit injection molds, dies, and tooling components as per design specifications. Perform maintenance, repair, and modification of existing molds to ensure production accuracy and efficiency. Read and interpret technical drawings, CAD models, and engineering blueprints . Operate machines such as Lathe, Milling, Surface Grinder etc. Conduct troubleshooting for mold-related issues and ensure quick resolution. Ensure molds are built with high precision, correct tolerances, and proper finishing . Perform preventive maintenance and maintain accurate documentation. Collaborate with the production and design teams for continuous improvements. Follow safety standards, quality protocols, and company procedures . Preferred candidate profile NTTF, CIPET, GTTC, ITI / Diploma in Tool & Die Making , 5 years experience in injection mold manufacturing Hands-on experience with Milling, Grinding Strong understanding of mold assembly, fitting, and finishing Ability to read technical drawings and CAD models Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with high precision workmanship Ability to work in a team Strong work ethics and commitment to quality
