This role requires someone who believes in rapid development, is super ambitious, and is a go-getter. This role requires leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to effectively oversee sales activities and ensure the achievement of company goals. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and market share growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and investor business partners. Generates leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts. Schedule and conduct property site visits with potential buyers. Could you monitor day-to-day sales activities and performance metrics? Assist in complex negotiations and help close deals. Act as the point of contact for escalated sales issues and provide solutions to ensure successful transactions. Market Knowledge: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and legal requirements related to real estate transactions.
