Job Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate freshers to join our team as Team Members. Selected candidates will undergo comprehensive training covering all areas of kitchen operations, food preparation, customer service, and POS handling — making them all-rounders in the hospitality environment. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Learn and assist in daily kitchen operations including food preparation, plating, and hygiene maintenance. • Understand and support front counter service, customer handling, and order taking (online & offline). • Operate and manage the POS system (PetPooja / similar) efficiently after training. • Follow all company standards for food safety, hygiene, and grooming. • Support senior staff in daily operations such as opening, closing, and stock management. • Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times. • Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to a positive outlet environment. ⸻ Training Provided In: • Basic Food Production & Bakery Operations • Service Standards & Guest Interaction • POS System Handling (Billing, Orders, Online Platforms) • Inventory & Outlet Operations • Product Knowledge (Menu Items, Ingredients, and Quality Standards) ⸻ Qualifications: • Minimum: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate (Hotel Management or relevant background preferred, not mandatory) • Freshers welcome — no prior experience required. ⸻ Skills & Attributes: • Positive attitude and willingness to learn • Good communication and teamwork skills • Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness • Customer-friendly approach ⸻ Benefits: • On-the-job training and skill development • Growth opportunities within the brand • Staff meals and uniform provided
