B.Tech/B.E.- Mechanical/diploma mechanical with min 2 years of experience. Should have worked in machine shop. CNC machine experience is a must Job Responsibility : 1. Basic Awareness of CNC (TC VMC and Sliding) Machines. 2. Knowledge of Advance Preparation for Component with Standardization. 3. Knowledge of some point like...Drawing Study, Raw material like... (Aluminum, Brass, Stainless steel). Instrument like... (Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Bore gauge). CNC (TC OR VMC) Machine Programming. Tooling s like... (Turning tool, Boring tool, Parting tool, Threading tool Grooving tool) 4. Knowledge of Component Inspection. 5. Knowledge of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) 3 component like(Availability, Performance, Quality). 6. Knowledge of Jigs Fixtures Development like...(VMC fixture, Turning Fixture, drilling jigs.) 7. Awareness of General Maintenance. 8. Awareness of 5s 6s (safety) and KAIZEN. 9. Ability to Man Power Handling.
