Role & responsibilities :- In a quick-service restaurant, team members typically handle a range of tasks including taking orders, preparing food, serving customers, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive dining experience . They also handle cash register operations and follow established procedures for order modifications and special requests. Detailed Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Team members greet customers, take orders, and ensure they are satisfied with their meal. Food Preparation: They prepare food items according to recipes and standards, operating kitchen equipment like grills and fryers. Order Processing: They input orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system, accurately process payments, and handle transactions. Customer Service: They address customer inquiries, handle complaints, and resolve issues to ensure a positive dining experience. Cleanliness: They maintain the cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and equipment, following food safety and sanitation guidelines. Stocking: They restock supplies, including condiments, utensils, and beverages, ensuring everything is readily available for customers. Teamwork: They collaborate with other team members and managers to ensure smooth operations and efficient service. Food Safety: They adhere to food safety and hygiene guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers.
