About the Role:

Team Member

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service.
Take and prepare customer orders, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Handle cash, card, and digital payments with attention to detail.
Assist with baking, decorating, and preparing bakery items (as required).
Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the store, including the counter, display cases, and dining area.
Restock shelves, ingredients, and packaging supplies as needed.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals and uphold brand standards.
Support promotional activities and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail, food service, or hospitality (preferred but not required — training provided).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
