Qualification-

Graduate in Engineering(Chemical)
Diploma Chemical/Graduation

Please note

Responsibilities:

Achieve budgeted Anhydrous AlCl production targets for the financial year.
Oversee normal operations across all six AAC plant areas Reactor, Packing, Scrubber, Chlorine Tonner, Storage Tank Farm, and Utilities.
Monitor and control key process parameters (pressure, temperature, flow, level, concentration).
Supervise and coordinate production officers routine activities in each area.
Plan, execute, and monitor critical maintenance tasks (e.g., vapor line cleaning, reactor ash removal, chlorine tube replacement).
Conduct shift duties including stock verification, troubleshooting plant issues, issuing work permits, and job follow-ups.
Prepare and update process documentation (SOPs, SAP entries, checklists, startup/shutdown procedures).
Implement best practices to improve efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
Maintain accurate shift logs and ensure smooth handovers.
Uphold housekeeping standards, particularly in reactor and packing areas.

Desired profile:

Support reactor and chlorine operations, including material dislodging and handling.
Ensure adherence to packing specifications and safety standards.
Plan and manage contractual manpower with defined job responsibilities.
Prepare SOPs, update SAP, and execute daily plans for production, maintenance, and packing.
Maintain quality-driven production to achieve targets in a safe work environment.
