Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Provide ground-level assessment and recommendations on processes with respect to process re-engineering.
Extensive interaction with business users, senior management, and IT personnel.
Lead client engagements, ensuring consistent service delivery.
Create account strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, client satisfaction, business impact, employee engagement, and human capital development.
Risk identification and mitigation skills.
Drive best practice and idea sharing.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills and time management.
Compile MIS reports for all the teams handled.
Conduct quarterly and annual appraisals for LAMs based on evaluation of metrics performance and non-metrics-based parameters; develop corresponding action plans and provide periodic feedback and coaching.

Requirements

End-to-end understanding of Underwriting and Claims activities.
Preferred knowledge of Lloyd's of London Market, MRC, and Reinsurance (Treaty Business).
Demonstrable experience and capability to manage projects independently.
In-depth understanding of P&L statements and budgets.
Strong people management and leadership skills.
Capability to conduct appraisal discussions and assess different levels of performance and potential.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Appreciation of the domain needs of the process and its key drivers.
Reasonable level of business perspective regarding the internal functioning of BPO and supplier organizations.
Good networking capability and client-facing skills.
Graduate with at least fifteen (15) years of education in any discipline.
Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience.
