Team Leads (Sales/Customer Service), Process Trainer, Assistant Manager, Operations Manager

1. Locations -

   Shivaji Nagar and Kudlu Gate, Bengaluru

2. Notice Period -

   Max. 15 Days can consider.

3. Language Requirement -

   English and Hindi

4. Interview mode -

   Virtual / Walk-in

5. Qualification -

   Any Graduate

6. Experience -

   BPO Operations is mandatory.

Positions and Experience -

1. Team Lead (Customer Service) -

   Minimum 3-5 Years of experience and relevant 1.5 years as a Team Leader on paper. Must Know about Escalation process, KRA and KPI and Metric calculation (Attrition & Shrinkage & AHT).

2. Team Lead (Sales) -

   Minimum 5 Years of experience and relevant 1.5 years as a Team Leader on paper. Any E-commerce experience with B2B Sales, Vendor management and Good in Excel.

3. Process Trainer -

   Minimum 3-5 Years of experience and relevant 1.5 years as a trainer on paper. Handled NHT batches, throughput calculation, TNI & TNA and Good in presentation.

4. Assistant Operation Manager -

   Minimum 5 Years of experience and relevant 1.5 years as an AM on paper. E-Commerce experience is mandatory. Must know KRA and KPI. Good with Metric calculation (Attrition & Shrinkage, Manpower & AHT).

5. Assistant Manager Training -

   Minimum 5-6 years of experience and at least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Manager-Training (preferably in BPO, E-commerce, or sales-driven environments). Strong proficiency in MS Excel. Capable of handling reports, dashboards, and data-driven analysis. Strong interpersonal and coaching skills with the ability to engage and influence teams. Proven ability to drive performance and meet targets through training interventions. E-Commerce domain experience will be considered an added advantage.

6. Operation Manager -

   Minimum 7-8 Years of experience and relevant 1.5 years as a Manager on paper. E-Commerce experience is mandatory. Must know KRA and KPI. Good with Metric calculation (Attrition & Shrinkage, Manpower, Capacity Planning & AHT).

Working Days & Week Offs - 6 Days and 1 Rotational Off

  Max. 5 LPA/CTC

• Team Lead (Sales) -

  Max. 7 LPA/CTC

• Process Trainer -

  Max. 5 LPA/CTC

• Assistant Manager Operation -

  Up to 7 LPA/CTC

• Assistant Manager Training -

  Up to 7 LPA/CTC

• Operation Manager -

  Up to 9.50 LPA/CTC
