Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader located in Srinagar. The Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team, managing day-to-day operations, setting team objectives, and ensuring that targets are met. The role includes coordinating with different departments, monitoring team performance, providing feedback, and implementing effective strategies to improve team productivity. The Team Leader will also handle customer inquiries, solve issues, and maintain high service standards.
