Role: Team Leader (International Process) Location: Jaipur Salary: Up to 7 LPA Education: 12th Pass / Graduate Experience: Minimum 1 year as a TL (International Process) Who Are We Looking For? TLs from Technical, Travel & Hospitality, or Healthcare backgrounds Candidates with Sales & Collections experience are also welcome Proven leadership & team handling expertise Excellent English communication skills (a must!) Proficiency in Excel (metrics, reports) & PowerPoint Ability to drive performance & engagement effectively Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends and improve team performance Experience in managing quality audits and feedback sessions Hands-on experience in performance management, coaching, and mentoring Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team in an international process environment Monitor and evaluate team performance against KPIs Provide coaching and feedback to improve productivity and quality Prepare and present performance reports and insights Collaborate with stakeholders to align with business objectives Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards Motivate and engage the team to achieve performance targets Why Join Us?
