Team Leader- Telesales

Role Overview: You are being hired as a Team Leader for the Voice Sales Process. Your role will involve demonstrating strong leadership skills, sales expertise, and effectively managing and guiding a team in Tamil or Malayalam. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a telesales team - Drive the team towards achieving and surpassing sales targets - Ensure smooth workflow, team coordination, and daily operations - Monitor team performance and provide timely feedback - Guide, support, and coach team members to enhance their skills - Conduct training sessions to enhance agents" communication and sales techniques - Address team challenges and offer cognitive and analytical support as needed - Maintain high-quality service delivery and ensure customer satisfaction - Prepare performance reports and keep management informed of progress Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Team Leader in a Sales Voice Process - Fluency in Tamil or Malayalam is mandatory - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing teams - Ability to motivate, guide, and mentor a team effectively - Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills - Exposure to customer-focused processes is preferred - Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required Please send your resume to rukmangathan.k@marketsof1.com,
