Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates across technical and non-technical roles in the Electrical and Electronics industry.
  • Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role specifications.
  • Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting of candidates, ensuring a high-quality talent pool.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates' skills and cultural fit, and present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, ensuring they align with company standards.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics and data to assess the efficiency of the hiring process.
  • Implement innovative recruitment techniques, including social media campaigns, employer branding, and talent networking.
  • Manage candidate experience and ensure smooth and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Work closely with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the recruitment process.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors Degree .
  • 7-12 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the Electrical and Electronics or manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of hiring processes while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, hiring regulations, and industry standards.
  • Ability to work independently and lead recruitment projects effectively.
