Job Description As a Sales Leader at SMC Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve leading, mentoring, and managing a team of insurance sales agents. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of insurance sales agents. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. - Monitor and drive the team's performance to meet individual and team sales goals. - Provide ongoing training and coaching to team members. - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. - Foster a positive and motivating work environment to enhance team productivity. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. - Address and resolve client queries and issues promptly. - Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. - Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to drive sales growth. - Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management. - Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales activities and client interactions. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor in life insurance sales. - Proven experience in Insurance Cold Calling Process or Telesales. - Strong understanding of the life insurance market and products. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. - Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. - Ability to learn about new market trends. - Attention to detail.
